ULTIMATE OVERNIGHT OATS

1 x medium mashed banana 

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon 

1 x tbsp peanut butter 

1 x tbsp of chia seeds 

1 x heaped tbsp of protein powder 

1 x tbsp Greek yogurt 

1/2 cup of chosen milk (I use oat) 

1/3 cup of frozen or fresh blueberries

1/3 cup rolled oats 

3 x sliced strawberries 

1 x tbsp of omega sprinkle 

INGREDIENTS

DIRECTIONS

  1. With a fork mash the banana  

  2. Add, cinnamon, peanut butter, chia seeds, protein powder and Greek yogurt 

  3. Mix ingredients together

  4. Add oat milk, blueberries and rolled oats

  5. Mix well again ensuring consistency is even

  6. Add sliced strawberries followed by omega sprinkle on top

  7. Cover and pop in the fridge to set overnight

NOTE : This delicious recipe can be served warm or cold. Warm is highly recommended for those early postpartum weeks to aid with recovery and healing. 

If you prefer your oats more on the wet side add a dash of milk. If you prefer them with a thicker consistency add more oats to adjust accordingly.
