HOW CAN I BEST SUPPORT YOU?
ANTENATAL SUPPORT
When we know better we have the power to do better. Preparing for a positive birth is essential, there’s no right or wrong way, just your way.
I prefer to structure my antenatal sessions over 3 separate 1.5 hour classes. This particular timeline supports the digestion of information and helps retain the multiple layers of pregnancy, birth and beyond.
However, with understanding we all live busy lives- I am happy to complete the education during one extended session.
My intension is for you and your birth partner to complete these sessions feeling, fearless, empowered and confident about your birthing experience.
